Who we are
Abby Elsey, LSW, is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker with over a decade of work in the mental health field. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from IUPUI and has served individuals and families across a wide range of settings, including community outreach programs, school systems, inpatient units, domestic violence shelters, and private practice.
Abby has worked extensively with children, teens, adults, and couples, offering support for issues such as trauma, grief, addiction, and relationship challenges. Her clinical experience includes grief counseling, couple’s therapy, and addiction recovery, and she is well-versed in a variety of mental health diagnoses.
She draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices. Abby creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to heal and grow.
Abby understands that life can feel overwhelming, and she is dedicated to walking alongside her clients through difficult times—whether it's healing from past trauma, managing a mental health condition, or simply navigating the everyday struggles of life.
